After all the excitement yesterday, Matt was really tired and slept a fair chunk of the day. I just found out Matt was up for 7 hours in his chair yesterday. Also they had got him showered & dressed in his Saskatchewan greens. After the game he had another 10 visitors come to see him. I think security was worried because he followed them right to Matt's room! I can imagine why! Had another game of crib with Nolan after the company had left, so I can believe he would be tired today. Dad said yesterday was one of the best days Matt has had. Thanks to all of you who shared this great day with Matt. I am sure it will be a day no one will forget.
Unfortunately, Matt does has pneumonia and they started antibiotics. Very little rehab today because of a slight mix up and Matt's overall physical fatigue. Mom should be arriving shortly, or may be in Saskatoon already. I think she missed being at the party. She never wants to miss anything! Prayers for God's healing hand on Matt and a quick recovery from the pneumonia. Malachi 4:2 "But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings..."

hi Matt and all,
Great win yesterday. Thanks girls for keeping the blog updated. We continue to pray for you guys. You are doing great Matt, keep it up.

Good Morning Matthew. Can't wait to spend the day with you tomorrow and Thursday. I will be leaving for Auntie Karen's later this afternoon. I am babysitting Jada today and then I have to run into town before I leave for Martensville.
The pneumonia is only a little set-back. You will be as good as new as soon as those antibiotics kick in. Get some rest so you feel strong soon.
See you tomorrow. Get ready for some golf games - one of my favorite games.
God bless you and take care.
Love Aunty Sandy
Hi Matt & all,
Wasn't that a great game!! Sorry to hear pneumonia has made a reoccurrence, who needs it. Rest well, your body and mind likely needs to think or do nothing for awhile. We all need that some times. Too much activity can be so draining. Twice this past week I have left a comment, they did not show up. Anyway the Lord knows the prayers, the love and concern, and the desires of our hearts for your complete healing. In His time. Deneen's son Kyle, and two buddies arrived from Weyburn yesterday, now we have four teenage boys in the apartment. Ain't we got fun.?? Yes, they are that. Hugs to all, you are doing so great Matt. Lots of people in our building , plus trades people that come in to do work, know your story and ask about you. We direct them to the blog, thanks again, Shelly, John, Jackie & Joanne for allowing so many of us to be included in this way. Love Yah!! Carol, Wince & family
