Made it Safe and Sound

Just wanted to write an update on the whereabouts of the three musketeers. They made it safe anyway. After 10 hours of driving I am not sure about the "sound" part. Matt, mom and Cecilia arrived in Weekes at 1230 am and didn't get to bed until after 3 am. So Sunday they were too tired to do much of anything. Just before leaving we had put winter tires on Matt's van in case Sask had snow, however mom said the roads were clear the whole way.
The girls are missing grandma and Uncle Matt already. I had to drive Jonmarie to school today and she was very quiet in the back. When I asked her what was wrong, she said I don't talk as much as Grandma! And Shaunie keeps going down the stairs and asking "Where Grandma, where Uncle Matt?" So enjoy your stay in Weekes, because you have two little girls waiting!

Hi Matt and all who read the blog.
I have also found the benefits of drinking plenty of water. So! I have a challenge for all of you! Set your timer for every hour or two, and when it sounds, make a point of drinking a full glass of water. Try and stay away from Pop and other soft drinks and limit you coffee and tea and sugar intake. You will have to do this for 1 month or longer for Matt.
Keep track of all the ache and pains (Joints, muscles, headaches, asthma, etc.) that you have now and compare them with the results a month from now.
Don’t cheat and do you’re very best to give it an honest try.
