Double,Double

Matt was feeling much better today, was able to go for a walk around more of the campus and get a double, double at Tim Hortons. He enjoyed some Timbits and his auntie Sandy's flax cookies. Was able to keep his food down today, praise the Lord. He was more wide awake and able to visit with his company. He got to see some pictures of the Philippines which was a treat. Had a meeting with the Dr and she explained to us what they had in the works for Matt's move to City. They are hoping that it will be no longer than two weeks. The trach trials will hopefully be a go for tomorrow. Prayers for tomorrow, that the trach trails will start again and Matt will continue to get stronger. Thank you all for your continued prayers and support. Psalm 37:24 Though he stumble, he will not fall, for the Lord upholds him with his hand.

Good Morning Matthew & Family

Glad to hear you had a good day yesterday. I look at the time your mom puts the blog on and wonder when that dear woman gets to sleep. She is one nighthawk.

Glad you enjoyed the flax cookies. I will bring more next time I come. Hopefully combining will be a go again today or tomorrow. It is getting later all the time. We will be out there till Christmas. Just Kidding!!!

Have another great day and talk to you soon.

Love Aunty Sandy

Hi Matt, Joanne, George,

Just got Brandon & Mackenzie off to school. Brandon has started hockey now he had practice last night in Yorkton. Mackenzie will start her hockey in mid-October.

It's beautiful out today, rained yesterday and it is suppose to rain tomorrow, hopefully we will all get nice weather so everybody can get their harvesting done.

Great to hear that you have been able to get outside and enjoy some fresh air Matt. Praying your trach trials will go terrific for you, and you will be able to get over to city fairly soon.

Matt you have accomplished alot already and will continue to do so.

Stay strong and take one day at a time.

Love Trudi

Things are looking up Matt. Sounds like the double double tasted pretty good. Now the countdown begins until you get to City Hospital - then the action will really get moving.

P.S. Could someone pls pass a note on to Shelley to email me at bevhertz@hotmail.com. I need to share something with her. Thanks.
